Information We Collect

InsureWith.ai collects minimal data:

Analytics: Privacy-respecting analytics for site usage (page views, general geography). No personally identifiable information.
Chat: AI chat messages are processed to generate responses but are not permanently stored.
SBC uploads: Uploaded PDFs are analyzed in real time and are not retained by InsureWith — no copy of your document or its extracted contents is stored on our servers, no account or session is created, and our usage telemetry records token counts only, never document contents. The document's text is sent to OpenAI's API for the extraction step; under OpenAI's API terms, API inputs are not used to train models and may be subject to OpenAI's limited-duration abuse-monitoring retention.

What We Do NOT Collect

No user accounts or registration required
No protected health information (PHI) stored
No data sold to third parties
No advertising tracking cookies

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, Google Fonts for typography, and OpenAI's API as the processing provider for SBC document extraction and AI chat responses (see the SBC uploads and Chat items above for what is sent and how it is handled).
